I grew up in Franklin Square New York and was a good friend of Bob. I needed a date for the senior prom and Bob asked his girlfriend if her sister would like to go with me. Well from that date we are now happily married 45 years and I have Bob to thank for that. We went to Sewanhaka High School together, took the same Tech Elec course and eventually enrolled in Local 25 IBEW apprenticeship. Our first and only job working together after apprenticeship was at the Shoreham Nueclear Power Plant. I submitted a picture of our crew led by Don Fiore and this happened to be my birthday in 1978 (milk and cake was my speed!) and I was taking the picture. Although Bob and I lost touch over the years he was always in my thoughts and I am proud to call him friend and brother!
